My product is clumpy?

Sometimes powders can get a little clingy—literally! If you’ve ever noticed this, it’s because certain ingredients are hygroscopic, meaning they naturally attract moisture during transit or storage. It’s totally normal.

Here’s the deal: the product can still be scooped and dissolved in water, you’re good to go—it’s perfectly safe to use. Grab a utensil, give the container a good bang on the cupboard, or flex those newfound superhero muscles to break it up.  But, if it’s stubborn and won’t dissolve, don’t toss it! Keep the container handy (we might need it back for investigation), and hit up our customer service team at [email protected].  Be sure to include these details:

• Your Order Number or Proof of Purchase (if you didn't buy from buckedup.com - tell us where you purchased it at)
• Lot # (this is printed on the bottom of the container)
• Picture(s) of the powder that is clumped or hardened

• Store in a cool, dry place to keep things fresh and fabulous.
